250g dark chocolate (plus maybe 80g for the glaze)
1 package vanilla sugar
1/2 package baking powder
a pinch salt
grease for the baking dish

This recipe is quick and simple. First, melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the butter and melt it to.
Mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl. I used whole almonds und I ground the almonds with a food processor.
Now stir in the chocolate-butter-mix into the “dough”.
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake it at 160 degrees 40 – 45 minutes. If you like melt a little more chocolate (~ 80g) and give this over the finished cake.
